Art, Year I, Week 7: Pottery

This week students made clay pots and continued learning about the concept of "integrity" and about the skill of creating something with a proper function.

Clay is always enjoyed by students! They were instructed, however, to make pots with thick, strong walls without holes. If there were a hole or a crack, then the pot would not achieve its purpose "in life" -- to hold water.
